Shipping & Returns
We process orders on weekdays and use a courier service, which collects and delivers Monday to Friday. Once we hand your item/s over for shipping, NZ orders take 2-5 days to arrive; international times vary.

We cannot offer an exchange or refund for our Surprise boxes, all sales are final. We pick items for you, that's the joy of the surprise! If you get a piece of Jewellery you aren't in love with, they make good stocking fillers or a gift for a friend of colleague. 


Gifts & packaging
All items are individually added to a Jewellery card and come in a branded box lined with peach tissue paper. Your "Surprise box" will come in one branded Jewellery box. We also include a handwritten note, so if this is a gift, you can add a special message at the notes section at checkout.

Care & maintenance
Stainless steel products will never tarnish, so you don’t need to worry about
taking them off in the shower or removing them to moisturise.
