The pearls we use in these threaders are ethically sourced from Vietnam.
Because they’re freshwater, their natural variation ensures each set and pair
is as unique as the wearer. Choose a gold or silver finish to suit your
aesthetic.

Shipping & returns

We process orders seven days a week and use an overnight courier service,
which collects and delivers Monday to Friday. Once we hand your item/s over
for shipping, NZ orders take 1-3 days to arrive; international times vary.

We have a 30-day returns policy for damaged or faulty products. All items
must be unused and unworn with tags in their original packaging. If you
simply change your mind, we offer store credit of the same value.

Want to gift a set of Single Pearl Threader earrings to a friend or loved one?
All of our jewellery products come in a branded pouch. We also include a handwritten note where you can add a special message. If you would like to add a Willow Luxe gift box, this can be added at the checkout.

Care & maintenance

Sterling silver products may tarnish, so we recommend taking off your Single
Pearl Threaders when showering or applying moisturiser. Please be aware
that the gold may fade over time if not properly cared for. The pearls can be
wiped with a damp cloth or make-up wipe.
