We process orders on weekdays and use a courier service,
which collects and delivers Monday to Friday. Once we hand your item/s over
for shipping, NZ orders take 2-5 days to arrive; international times vary.

We have a 30-day returns policy for damaged or faulty products. All items
must be unused and unworn with tags in their original packaging. If you
simply change your mind, we offer store credit of the same value.

products come in a branded box lined with peach tissue paper. We also
include a handwritten note, where you can add a special message.
Care & maintenance
Stainless steel products will never tarnish, so you don’t need to worry about
taking them off in the shower or removing them to moisturise. The petals on
these flower hoop earrings can be wiped with a damp cloth or make-up wipe.
